What to expect
What does a consultation entail?
We'll spend 60–90 minutes discussing your goals, touring your space (in person or virtually), and exploring what success looks like for you. There's no obligation, and you'll leave with clarity about next steps whether you engage our services or not.
How are your services priced?
Following your consultation, we provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing. Most residential projects range from $150.00 to $200.00 per hour or can be a flat fee.
Do I need to be present?
We recommend your presence for initial sorting and decision-making sessions. For implementation work, many clients prefer to let our team work independently. We're flexible and will adapt to your preferences.
What happens to items I release?
We coordinate with local charities, consignment shops, and specialty recyclers. We handle all logistics and provide tax donation documentation. Items of value can be sold through our estate sale partners if desired.
